I have been a happy SSFCU member for many years! I have always received great service both online and in person. There has not been a time when I was not able to find the assistance and advice I needed. I have complete confidence in their ability to serve their customers and I have recommended them to many of my friends and family.
I've been with them 30 yrs and ever since that protection kicked in, charging $6 I've been having a lot of trouble, they are no longer a reliable bank!!!
The drive thru banking is horrible! Takes forever just to make a deposit....15 minutes!!! Horrible!!!
In line at drive thru. Very very slow. Gave up yesterday, waiting in line inside.
Great service! I just had my debit card compromised and their security people caught it right away and placed my card on hold. Saved me from losing thousands of dollars!
