The man in customer service had no manners n acted preoccupied with watching out the window n with his phone. Didn’t even give me his name. Won’t be going to that branch anymore.

It’s pretty sad when I have to resort to my USAA bill pay to make sure my payments for SSFCU come out of the correct account!
I came today on my lunch break. their 2 arms outside were not working. lines with the drive through tellers were long. inside the line was long and they had 2 tellers working!
Extremely slow service. Lunchtime when most people are using their lunch break which is usually the only time they have. There should be more than 2-3 tellers from 11-2.
Waited 25 mins just to take out 120 dollars???? Does it really take that long ?
Always a problem with this branch. Since when are tellers not allowed to fill out a deposit slip?. I've worked for 5 different banks and if a customer signs the back of a check and writes deposit with account number we fill out a deposit slip for them. Never again.
