Angel is the best representative of Public Storage I have worked with. Another location had been extremely rude and turned me off from PS for years, but I’m glad I gave this location a try! She has always been helpful with any questions we had.
I’ve had several storage units over the years and have always had great experiences with Public Storage, but this location goes above and beyond in every way. It’s well-maintained, clean, safe, and the customer support is fantastic. Angel is professional and responsive, and seriously, an angel. I definitely recommend this location and could not be more grateful for Angel and her team.
I had a small problem, I spoke to Angel at the West Jewell location in Colorado, my problem was resolved quickly without incident leaving me felling like an appreciated customer Every time I come there she's always busy, checking the property, doing some kind of maintenance, or something to keep it spotless... Angel is amazing. if I ever come there and she's no longer employed I will look into moving !!!
Angel was awesome, she went above and beyond with everything. I couldn't of done it with out her. And on top of that she was very friendly and bubbly.
Corrie and Delilah were very patient and sweet with me on transferring to this location. Highly recommend!!
