Grace was great, we moved our belongings into our new storage unit today. She took the time to explain our costs and was extremely helpful.
I have been with public storage in Lakewood for years and the lady below is a dumb dumb if she thinks she can stay at the intro price of course it raises…. Angel is the best person there and has ALWAYS been so helpful REGARDLESS of any negative reviews I stand 100%behind this location. not one issue EVER!!!!
I am writing this review to warn customers of this company . We started with a storage unit 10 x20 the price originally was 263. Over the past 2 years they have charged a rate hike every 3 months to the point it is now 564.00 when others are only paying 356.00 now only charging 254.00 for the exact same unit. They have a class action lawsuit pending for overcharging their customers. Today I get a call saying I am late on my payment. Angel called about my late payment. I gave her money to pay for few months ago in cash but I never said it was for her to keep it was towards the payment for my storage and late fees that was few months ago. This is call the second time she called me and she hung up on me. I began to see the truth now. But no worries I’ll pay the amount. Shout out to Angel James, the facility manager. I've stored quite a bit at this location for a little over a year-and-a-half and Angel and her careful, thoughtful oversight have been absolutely wonderful, reassuring, and ideally professional. I've had a number of issues and, at every point Angel has been extraordinarily kind and helpful - including an unfortunate cleanup situation in which - completely unprompted - she brought me and my girlfriend ice-cold water bottles, trash-bags, and moving dollys to help with everything ... read more
