This place has been nothing but a headache. I don’t usually leave reviews, but people need to know what they’re getting into. The staff is unorganized, communication is terrible, and it feels like they just don’t care about their customers once they get your money. I’ve dealt with several storage units before, and this one has been the worst experience by far. If you’re considering renting here, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Over a 2-year period, she was the one who thoroughly listened, provided reliable advice and brainstormed with me until each problem was solved. Every time. So grateful.
