Mark is great
1. They are dirty, 2. They will keep raising your rent and then blame the state taxes for it. 3. They are infested in rats that is all in your stuff. And too many homeless hang around there around the entrance while you are trying to go in.and the staff is very rude
I went with my dad to get a small storage space for him to put some belongings in and the employee named Ben was amazing and helped us out & was very polite.
The employee was nice and friendly enjoyed talking to him rented me a space with no problem thanks public storage
