The absolute worst monopoly of storage companies!! They will not prorate so after renting for two years I moved out on July 2 and they still charged me $504 for the full month of rent! I highly advise using another rental property as this company is crooks!! Seriously find a better company to store your valuables!!!
Friendly staff and a nice big secure facility. Love that all units are drive up and accessible 24/7. Edit 6/30/25 Staff is still friendly. Ever since public storage bought the place I've considered moving out. Rent has gone up 75% overall. Just had a 36% increase this month. Also, no longer 24/7.
Elliott, Gwen & Jen are amazing, best customer service and I will recommend them to everyone.
