Horrible Horrible place. They don't contact you when someone who isn't authorized to take auto pay off manages to do so. They auction your stuff off prior to their 90 day policy. They have a mouse issue and the manager Jennifer is rude and is constantly harassing you for simply being at your storage unit. Unprofessional and also over priced place. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere except here.
Do not waste your time!! Hidden fees constantly your rent will keep rising even tho there is a contract. Would not recommend public storage at all anymore horrible business they are exploiting the elderly or anyone they can to get an extra buck.

Great experience. The attendant was very friendly and the facility is well kept. The price went up about 90 days into the contract.
