Jackia at the 9526 Westheimer location is the reason I stay rented there and just rented my 4th space. She is an amazing employee - knowledgeable, friendly, kind and patient.

If you value your things I would not rent from here. Gates never work, always open, homeless people hanging out on property and in lobby’s. Security is atrocious. Per police who are there again today it’s the 4th call this month they have received. Hole in my ceiling thrives cut and got through is still there 2 weeks later making unit unusable
Im still don’t have answer about my robbery Since I didn't have insurance, I can't claim for what was stolen, but I want you to know they took everything. I don't recommend leaving anything of value there. How is it possible that someone from outside got into a place that requires a code? I'm guessing it was one of the employees.
