What I'm reading is frightening and the customer service at the corporate in California is rude it took 30 minutes to get a live person. The way they do business is not good the young woman that was working there was very sweet and kind...Regardless, I will never ever do business with Public Storage again and reading that several units have been robbed is frightening and unbelievable.
