I've utilized this storage facility multiple times, and everytime I am thoroughly impressed with cleanliness and how friendly the staff is!
The gentleman at the counter was very polite and helpful. After buying my storage I stated I would return with my own lock directly the next day. When I wasn't able to he went out of his way to call me and let me know he put a store lock on my storage just to secure the couple things I had in there till I could get down there with a lock. I think this was very kind and thoughtful of him and I appreciate his help.
I've been to more storage places than I can remember but this one by far takes the win! After going through a pure hell situation with my prior place it was so nice to be treated with kindness and respect. They know what they're doing and truly care about us customers. They're 24 hours which is very convenient and feel completely safe alone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
