Francisco was extremely helpful when I obtained this unit,he made a special trip & made me a priority on a weekend, to move all my equipment into the unit, the price is reasonable as storage units go,it was very clean and the location is easy to access, I would recommend this storage facility to other contractors and friends.
Best customer service ever. Francisco went above and beyond to help me and my husband save our storage. We fell on hard times and he treated us as human beings and not a unit number. It is nice to know that people matter and it's not all about the money. Thank you Francisco for hearing us.
Un able to move in. Maintenance crews all over. They still have my unit locked out. They had the parking lot sealed. Person at front desk had no idea it was happening she said. I Got moved in the next day and it went fine. Cones left all over the parking lot had to play dodge cones that could have been moved to the side. I understand maintenance is needed but a message or notification is needed as a courtesy to customers.
