Great customer service! !! Daniel was extremely, friendly , professional and very knowledgeable. I spoke with him on the phone and he answered all my questions and eased my worries about self storage units. Definitely will recommend this facility again, as it seems safe and secure. Thos service was horrible. They double charged me and after stopping by and calling about 15 times, I finally contacted my credit card company. When doing so public storage flags and drops your credit card off file. And then they have the nerve to charge late fees when nobody tells you that your payment isn't on file anymore.
This location is great! Amazing staff. Area clean. Highly recommend it.
Eric is the best! So friendly and helpful. The property and office are always so clean!
