James from Security Safe did a fantastic job of adjusting our 4 year old Generac generator. I called them because it wouldn't run smooth, he found the stepper motor was bad. Had part in truck. Highly recommend.
by treating their customers with more respect.. bought the generac generator from them, they recommended an electrician to hook it up.. been trying for months to get him here . he promised me for months to come and do it, he came out once and measured said he'd be back in a few days, never called never came. when I became frustrated and asked Security Safe Company to help they said they could not recommend anyone else and would not help me.. when I became frustrated he pretty much told me to go scratch.
