What a pleasant encounter! The toilet above me in my apartment complex had been dripping down for a week or so into my bathroom. Once my apartment complex finally notified the Maintenence team they hired Security plumbing to come in for the fix the next day. Theron was promptly on time and super fast. Also the nicest guy and super polite. I can't speak to the cost as it was billed to the complex, but this was one of the most pleasant "fix-it" experiences I've had to date. They replaced a hose bib 5 months ago.288.00$it froze again and will not repair it.
