I just wanted to say thanks to Will at the service desk for helping me out with a free piece of scrap copper that I needed to do my job. He was helpful and pleasant for a situation that the store made no money from me. Next time I need to buy something I'll be sure to check with them.
The guys at the counter know their stuff and are very efficient, friendly and cordial.
Super helpful staff! The part I was looking for was really old so they don't sell it anymore, but despite me not buying anything the guy answered all my questions in detail (and I had a few). While I didn't make a purchase this time, I will 100% be back the next time I need some sort of plumbing supplies.
