Worst carrier ever when it comes to being “Agent Friendly”. Will change your comp levels without informing you and many other skeptical practices. Please read over your contracts! They will also terminate your contract on a whim if you don’t submit business with them. As an independent agent, I place my clients with carriers whom I feel will appreciate their business and value my efforts as an Agent — I should not be forced to use one carrier. I don’t recommend for licensed agents.

This company makes it very difficult to cancel your policy, they threaten to report you to the Florida department of Highway safety of motor vehicles that you’re canceling your insurance and they want to charge you for canceling. Who are they to make sure if I have insurance. First company that’s ever requested for proof of insurance before you cancel. Horrible company, never do business with them. Also DBA Estrella Insuranse Company.
