Great company the agent we have is a wonderful Man/Jim Revelle
This company makes it very difficult to cancel your policy, they threaten to report you to the Florida department of Highway safety of motor vehicles that you’re canceling your insurance and they want to charge you for canceling. Who are they to make sure if I have insurance. First company that’s ever requested for proof of insurance before you cancel. Horrible company, never do business with them. Also DBA Estrella Insuranse Company.
WORST CARRIER EVER for a writing agent. Mark Perry and Rob Miodus are not to be trusted. I primarily write business with other major carriers, but recently submitted a very generous application with SNL. They waited after my policy submission to inform me that because I had not submitted business with them in a while, they dropped me to an As Earned agent. Very very sneaky behavior.
