No responses to requests for held back recoverable funds although they were sent several emails, phone messages, and billing from contractor for additional repairs needed from storm damage.
I carried a policy with these clowns for a few years for my small carpentry business. They sent me a TON of unnecessary paperwork. Online options were limited. Snail mail was their go to. Get with the times

17 year being a faithful customer and never any claims put in and they will not reinstate my homeowners due to i filled a complaint with new York state DFS . This should speak for itself how this company uses retaliation and Biasness to weaponize against a 17 year customer .
Customers that have been treated un justly please file a class action complaint together with the New York state Department of Financial Services website and search look for complaint option online and file it online ,make sure you have your policy number . Together we can hold them accountable for profiling and Possible scheming to cancel policy's
