Receptionist has a nasty attitude and talk down to customers like they are stupid. I called to ask was my order ready and said I was told it would be ready around 11 when I called earlier. Her reply was "If I told you it would be 11 then it's ready". I was reaffirming before I drove 30 miles, my next question was would anyone be there during lunch and she says "no the guys leave between 12 -12:30 for lunch."
