Called front desk and Anastasia put me on an extremely long hold and did not help me. I had to call multiple times and still did not receive help

I give them 1 star only because I cannot rate zero. Their supervisors are terrible, bad mannered, bad mood, specially Mr Cabrera, they do not know how to deal with customers, disrespecful and unprofessional.

The only time they will talk to you or will answer your call or pay attention to any need of yours is when you first get hired that day at the office. No matter how you contact them or who you contact they will ignore you no matter what you problem is or urgency. Complete incompetency. Plain and simple as accurate as it can be said.
