The guy that came out made the impossible happen within seconds. He even admitted that he couldn't guarantee that he could get my trunk unlocked without taking out my back seat. The trunk lock mechanism on my car doesn't work and can only be opened by my key fob and by the driver door trunk button which was LOCKED! I highly recommend this place, and my lock smith was awesome!
