I just received the dreaded letter about cancellation for non-payment, although all payments were made. From reading these reviews, it looks like I am now in this outrageous situation of an insurance company playing games with policy holders. There is no way to speak to anyone - phone calls just get routed to an answering device, although I did leave a detailed message but do not expect much in terms of customer service. This is really disgusting.
Voya sold a bunch of policies to Security Life of Denver. Why would a company make paying your policy confusing. I literally had to call them to figure out how to pay a policy. 2 years in and still not so good.
Can you give them half a star? Maybe a quarter star. Been paying monthly for years and now they can’t find my policy.
