Apparently did not run appliances or even glance into the attic. Dishwasher leaks like a sieve from two different locations, one of which is expensive. (Thank God for sheet vinyl flooring.) A rafter (right above the wide open attic access) is cracked all the way through. Ironically, I intended to go with a much less expensive inspector, and I allowed John to convince me that he was more experienced and thorough.
