BEWARE!! I AM OUT 14K BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY! Hired them to do an inspection on a home I was buying. There were no major red flags; just lots of nit picky things, so I bought the house. Four years later when I need to sell the house, the buyers hired them to do an inspection as well- by coincidence. THIS TIME THEY FOUND THE HOUSE HAD NO SEPTIC SYSTEM! Good Service Good Follow-up – I have used Security for my past two home purchases and they have been very reliable. Their follow up and service before and after the appointment is great - offer advise on all home topics. I would recommend this company.
Stay Away!!!The worst inspeciton company – The worst inspection company we used ever. Charge is very high but bad service. We used them the do the home inspction last fall. The inpspector missed several spots which costed us several thousands to repair. But when we contact them for complain, they just state" we have limit on visibility on these itmes during the inspection, so we will not take responsibility on it" What a "F".
