Didn't seem very organized and were VERY slow We used Security & Guaranty Abstract Co for the closing on our home purchase. I was very disappointed in the experience. We had everything available to them a full week before closing. The day before we were to close they still hadn't done all the paperwork. They couldn't even give me an estimate of how much money we needed to cover the cost. My mortgage company was EXTREMELY frustrated with them. Very slow. We used them when we were closing on our house. Never again. The lady doing the paperwork was so slow to do everything. Our mortgage company was very frustrated with her. We ended up only having a couple of hours to get money wired to them because she wouldn't come up with totals for our closing costs. There was no reason for this as she had ALL the necessary information in her possession for at least a full week.
