Stay away from these crooks!! Paid $250 to have the warranty transferred in our name when we bought the house. They were quick to respond and came and picked up the money. Fast forward two years. We need warranty work done and they refuse to come out or answer calls or texts!! Very pathetic customer service. Will be seeking legal advice to remedy the situation. Again, stay away from this company!! Very shoddy work and they don’t back it up!!
Ive used security foundation repair for two different houses. On the first house after a couple months the dirt had sunk down in a couple places and they came back out to fill it in. I just recently used them for another house and they were quick and efficient. Make sure that if you use this company and you sell your house or you buy a house that they've worked on that you get the warranty transferred within the 21 day deadline. There is a $500 transfer fee.
Are there any honest companies out there? Cause this one ain't one of them!! Bought a house and this company was recommended to be online. I should have done my research on them as I normally do, but when I saw how many stars they've had, I decided to go with them. Worst decision every!! I strongly do not recommend those people to anyone
They don't honor their warranty agreement. Stay away. I don't recommend them.
