Great title company. Just had a closing there and went very smoothly. I recommend them!
Awful service. Didn't warn that closing could take 3+ hours (with no mortgage, liens, anything like that? Ok), claimed WE should have been better prepared for this sort of delay, just overall tried to shift blame anywhere but themselves
