I was an employee here. They have slave masters that abuse employees and they lie too...some are coercive. They dont care about the employees. This is why they have such a high turnover. Wait until I give you a full review after meeting with my attorney. I am taking them to court in Brewster County. First I would not have given any stars, but only way I could post this. This place is a scam!!!! I just received a letter stating they couldn't approve my loan. I'm guessing my identity was used fraudulent or they buy information to create fraudulent loans. Lucky mine was denied. Of course I monitor my credit and identity and did not have any queries, which means this notice is fake, I'm still investigating.

I was in office 0298 today to do some business, asked where another worker was at by name. I was told she no longer works here. I said oh goodness I hope it isn't because of her health. The manager Wanda Jimmerson said with a nasty attitude " no she got fired ". I said oh my goodness and let it go. Concluded my business and left. I have a compliant when comes to your payment My question if something happens where you can't make payment on time, or you can't make it in the next week but you try to make a partial payment why the won't except it. That should let them know you are making a effort. I have never been late on my payment but 3 times because of death in family or an emergency but rest of sure my payments are up to date. I just don't understand about the partial payment. Other then that people are great people.

I have enjoyed my relationship with the Foley, Alabama office for years and this is no reflection on that office, However the corporate office has no consideration for its customers. I have used the online service since it became available. I logged on to pay on my account in February and was going to be charged a convenience fee of $2.95. Had my loan been new or renewed I could possibly understand. This is not the case and I did not agree in my loan contract to be charged a fee to repay the loan.
