Tonya needs alot of training. She has no people skills and very nasty and rude. I am so glad I did not go through with the loan because if I had to deal with this nasty lady I would have been in jail.
I called in to start an application, the 2 women that I spoke to were nice and professional. The problem arose after taking all my information and was told I would get a call back in a hour. 2 days later and I still have not gotten a call back. This is not proper business practice, even if you are denying a person you still have to call and tell them that.
