Every time they try to update anything I am without access to my accounts for at least a week every time
I'm so frustrated with this institution!! First, they were blocking my recurring Black Rifle Coffee subscription. I had to call monthly to tell them it was real. Then they changed debit card companies. I didn't get my new card when I was supposed to. They canceled my card. No access to my money. Now, they blocked it again without notice. This is ridiculous!!
I loved this bank for years, but the attention of the workers is poor Tatiana and Olivia give the worse service there. I hope that change
