Annette Russell has driven this bank into the garbage and left Jon-Myckle to clean up her mess. I have a lot of respect for Jon-Myckle going back 25 years to when he was in the trust department but I do not have the patience to deal with everything he has to correct. Between the huge “upgrade” this year that left me locked out of my accounts for days and now the mobile app that locks me out for no reason I’m done.
Every time they try to update anything I am without access to my accounts for at least a week every time
I'm so frustrated with this institution!! First, they were blocking my recurring Black Rifle Coffee subscription. I had to call monthly to tell them it was real. Then they changed debit card companies. I didn't get my new card when I was supposed to. They canceled my card. No access to my money. Now, they blocked it again without notice. This is ridiculous!!
