Looks like unhappy to new costumer.. not even say thank you.. im going to open another bank acc to somewhere else and close this one soon..im not bringing my business to anyone not valued a costumer.. if i could give zero star i will.. now that's the reason you had only few bank business never grow like that..
The teller I had to deal with today was extremely rude. If I ever need to go to the bank while I'm in Logansport, I definitely won't go to the mall road branch. The people on 4th street and in Lafayette are so nice. Patrice is definitely ruining it for the mall road branch. No smile and rude!!!!!

I had a really disappointing experience with Jessica Hettinger at Security Federal. As a first-time homebuyer, I was hoping for some guidance, but she was not helpful at all. She struggled to explain the different types of loans I could qualify for and often took a long time to respond to my questions.
