The teller I had to deal with today was extremely rude. If I ever need to go to the bank while I'm in Logansport, I definitely won't go to the mall road branch. The people on 4th street and in Lafayette are so nice. Patrice is definitely ruining it for the mall road branch. No smile and rude!!!!!

I had a really disappointing experience with Jessica Hettinger at Security Federal. As a first-time homebuyer, I was hoping for some guidance, but she was not helpful at all. She struggled to explain the different types of loans I could qualify for and often took a long time to respond to my questions.
