Do not use this escrow company. They are stuck in the dark ages: they don't take credit or debit cards- therefore making a payment over the phone is not possible- they don't communicate through email or text message, they do not have online account access, their only means of communication is through the mail. They use this excuse to justify why they allow your property taxes to go unpaid, or your home owner's insurance to lapse.
