I feel completely ripped off. I called when we received a notification and beeps on our alarm pad that our CO2 center and alarm sensor battery was low. (It was installed a year ago from June, so it seems quite incredible that it was low after just one year) and was charged $149 to change the battery as well as a $45 service fee to come to the house (which I totally understand), but $150 for less than a 10 minute time spent in my home half of which was bringing the ladder upstairs is a complete rip off.
