This guy was late for 2 hours. He showed up and then said “I dropped your part somewhere.” I told him very nicely, “I can’t believe you did that.” Suddenly, he started yelling, cussing, and using derogatory language and left my businesses without fixing the problem. he was extremely arrogant, and his anger was out of control.
