Not at all satisfied with customer service. My "representative" after signing us up NEVER in 15years, followed up with us. No servicing of the policy at all. Normal industry rule is no less than each year. I'd say they missed that by a bit. There are plenty of other good agents out there, my advice would be to stay away from this company! Zero stars!
SBC is a good company to manage your money. All of the customer service agents are trained very well and are knowledgable of all the products and services that may be applicable to you.
