Was told when we opened our accounts that they would refinance our truck. We followed all the instructions to get it ready and waited 3 months and then they said they wouldn’t refinance our truck. Took my business to Affinity Plus and they gave me 8% less on the APR, no hidden fees or a non-disclosed balloon payment like they did to my recently widowed dad. I don’t trust Security. This is just one of many things we’ve experienced over the year + that we were with Security.
