My name is Charlie Harris. I had my router changed a few days ago and the cameras were not working so I called the office to ask for some tech support. The young lady at the office said she would have a field tech call me to see if he could help assist me. Within 20 minutes I received a call from Allen Brown. From start to finish, it has been a very good experience with Security Associates. Sean Heffernan, the security consultant, gave me a detailed explanation of the services offered. Ron Harris installed the equipment quickly and made sure I understood how everything worked and had no questions.
Ron was super friendly and knowledgable about the system, as was Victoria the sales associate. Ron was patient explaining the system's operation. Plus, he was very neat.
