Meridian Title in Cassville just handled the closing of sale of our home in Shell knob, MO, and did a wonderful job! Macky and everyone else there was were a joy to work with. We closed remotely, which we were a bit concerned about, but it was handled very well with excellent communication. I was very impressed with Meridian and all of the people there. We would highly recommend them!
I did a closing with M. at MTC Wednesday afternoon at 4 PM Signing as Attorney in Fact on my parent's new home. They live in Texas and are moving to Missouri. This was an unusual situation as they were assuming an FHA loan from the sellers. Everything went very smoothly!! I would use Meridian Title Co. for all my Title work!!!
