Contracted with Security 1st 4 years ago to escrow substantial annual contract payments to be transferred by wire to designated accounts. Security has annually and timely received but found ways to retain monies for up to 40 days instead of promptly transferring them. Each year I am informed the transfer delays/mistakes are due to "recent changes" they've made in their escrow system. Sure they are.
