Manager was very aggressive when asking questions about my bill . Also rented my storage by scanning the outside and when I got my code it denied me access so I called the call center that was posted outside with the phone number And the guy from the call center and told me that the storage had to manually do it from the office. I work a lot so that was the only day I had time to do loads to bring them to storage. I went inside to explain to the manager. She was again very blunt and aggressive, and just blamed it on the call... read more
