Ace was very professional and represented her company strong.
While at the People Mover Transit Center on 6th Avenue, between Gst and Hst today, I was confronted by a security officer who told me to go across the street to smoke while i was on a public sidewalk, and made the claim that, "Im just doing what i was told!" And, the excuse that, "I just work here." This is NOT an acceptable reason for their officers not to educate themselves on whatever rules or policies that are ON their contract property. Run while you can! This company (or at least this location) doesn't honor what the company policy strives for: Integrity & Fairness! Be prepared to hound management for unpaid overtime. They need to facilitate structure & do a better job hiring experienced managers who know what their doing. Manager at this branch spoke to employees in a condescending tone & lacked respect/empathy. Communication at this branch is horrible! I strongly wouldn't recommend working for this company at all. Apply at your own risk.
