Was a good company. But based on what I have seen over the past 6 months, they are not paying attention to their good employees and what their needs are.
They are very good com. Management people are so nice . Spicily Hr Kaite. Field supervisor Chris Edwards and Angel Bennet are super nice and convenient for their employees. I specifically take transportation so whenever i need ride they always give ride to their employees. and schedule Maneger Kyle is so nice.schedule manager Kyle is very convenient with his employees and he is performing a outstanding job with everyone. I really like to work with this company.
Used to be a decent company until the former field manager retired. The new woman brought in is completely inept at doing her job. She fired my site’s supervisor (a good guy who had been at his job for 5 years and was liked and respected by everyone) and replaced him with her personal friend (yay nepotism!) who did nothing but slack off all day, delegate all his work on myself and other officers and made it to where we were working 12-16 hour shifts every day for weeks at a time with no day off, but you better believe he alw... read more

One of the worst companies to work for. Securitas break so many rules and regulations. The company allows nepotism and tyrannizing of persons. I didn’t always receive my pay on time or even the correct amount frequently. Your working schedule is changed suddenly without notification. I even experienced a supervisor physically alter my time card on a day I worked to give my hours to another individual who did not work. I reported the incident and what action did this company take.
