They keep employees who actively discriminate against residents they don't agree with. This one security guard openly refuses to help a trans man who lives here. Straight ignores him. He also lied to everyone about a fire in a resident's apartment because he didn't agree with that resident's beliefs. This is the hardest company to reach out to for on line help. I have been trying to sign on for 2 days and get a reset password sent to my email address. It shows it does it but nothing ever shows up. I have tried at least 10 times.
