My experience with Securit-Storage was extremely disappointing. Customer service was unprofessional, and it felt like my concerns were ignored rather than addressed. The facility was not maintained to the standard I expected, and communication was poor throughout the entire process. The owner, Jonathan, was difficult to work with and did not make any effort to resolve the issues I encountered. Communication was fast and clear. John was extremely easy to work with and was able to get a space ready for me on the same day I asked which made the moving process SO much easier. He was very friendly and helpful, and the units themselves were clean and easy to access.

My experience with this storage facility was frustrating. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and follow-through. When customers are trusting a company with their belongings, they expect reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning whether this was the right place to store my items.

My roommate rented 1 of the brand new units for barely 1 month, move his stuff out and 3 days later our house has cockroaches everywhere. Never had issue with any bugs, but 1 month here and everything was infested with COCKROACHES. I will never use this place again. They clearly do not treat their buildings for bugs even though they just built them next to a creek.
