NCSEU Mobil app is unreliable It fails to deposit checks that other bank’s apps easily deposit. Ongoing issue. SECU has NO process for alerting customers that the check deposited with the app didn’t go through. You have to look on your statement or log on from a computer. App functions below industry standards.
The services they offer are much needed and appreciated. They assisted a number of clients who I know personally stabilize and they are better because of it.
If u have really bad mental problems they will not help u.
