Staff were helpful, clean store
Jason was great help discussing options and giving insights into the system that was in a home I purchased. Prompt reply’s giving prices on options etc.
Absolutely worse company I have ever dealt with if I could give them a zero star I would do it because I constantly try to get in contact with them after they gave me a quote and they never got back to it makes me wonder why open a business when you don't get back to people 😡😡😡
Disgraceful! They locked out our alarm system so we could not use another company. Upon requesting the lockout code they first denied using lockout codes then after we persisted they asked why would they give us the code and hung up on us. We now are faced with having to replace our whole system which is expensive just to change a battery!!! Would rather pay to replace the system than deal with these guys!
