Marvin was very knowledgeable and gave me the information that I needed and I was well satisfied, very polite and courteous
I've been here for 2 years and my rent increase had gone all the way up to $500. The manager said they can only downsize-transfer or sent out lower percent increase requests for the schedule-rate. I saw plenty of empty-storages so I went ahead and booked myself one online. I don't think you will get away with it if you keep hopping from storage to storage after only several months. No complaint was made from management when I checked-in for the new online-bought one.
Marvin was incredibly efficient and polite. I was able to lock in on the exact storage space I needed and in the location I wanted, all within a 10min call.
The online reservation and lease process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and I appreciate that the unit is climate-controlled with convenient elevator access. The move-in process was simple, and the staff was friendly and helpful in getting everything set up. Overall, a great experience so far—I would definitely recommend the West Seattle SecureSpace location to anyone looking for self-storage.
