Well where do start... at first things were great. A week into my renting here i get a phone call from the manager accusing me of leaving trash outside the dumpster gate. Great customer service. Friendly staff. Space is exactly as stated. Price is right on. Jasmine & Joy were both very helpful, curious & friendly. They both made it a positive move in.

Facility is clean, cool, and well organized. Great location with easy in and out. Large enough to have several options but small enough to not be overly crowded. I also appreciated the easy online sign-up and contract signing. I removed 2 stars due to the 75% rate increase after 3 months. I know all of the storage places do this, but this business practice really pisses me off.
Tony and Jessica provided excellent service! We recently moved from another facility close by and so far happy with the unit and pricing.
