*Vivia* did an excellent job making things right and getting me moved in quickly on Sat; after my initial move the day was blown by no staff at all on site all day Fri. and no answers to calls after driving over there. Terri and Tony were also helpful previously, but were not there in the end. Seems to be poor corporate oversight with adequate staffing and and having calls answered; the call center couldnt do anything but say "no one is picking up".
