I vacated my storage unit a few days before the next billing cycle and clearly notified the office staff that I was moving out. Somehow, they still failed to process the move-out correctly and went ahead with charging me for another month anyway. The whole situation feels incredibly unprofessional and honestly comes across as pure incompetence.
