long time storage unit renter with extra space storage now operated by Secure space storage. at times good customer service with the Staff and site managers. but now a new team. that only know me as a number on a storage unit with just a standard hello and goodbye. strictly business for now.

Very friendly staff. Easy to find and near my home. Puna was very helpful and was able to resolve my needs with this storage unit. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel like family!!! I would recommend this storage place!

Broken freight elevator for multiple days. No e-mail notification to tenants whatsoever to allow them to establish alternate plans. Severely impacted my move out and delayed my departure from the island. All could have been avoided with even slight communication to tenants. When called to inquire, customer service, they had no information on the situation. Nothing on if a work order was in place, nothing on an estimated repair time.
