Excellent customer service. JJ was very personable and answered all my questions with out complaints or attitude. Very rare these days
Well 3 months ago I was paying $156 for my unit than they added $ 12.00 for insurance that I did not sign up for. but this month, When I paid them it was $230.03. what gets me is that I didn't get any notice so I asked why I was paying so much and the guy at the desk said " they sent you an email". The funny thing is they don't even have my email. The building where my unit is has been broken into 13 times since they started building the new storage.
Very clean facility with convenient hours. Bob’s customer service is amazing! I was greeted immediately and given a tour of the facilities. It's super clean and the location is awesome 100% recommended. I feel my belongings are safe and taken care of with the highest protection. Well worth the price and peace of mind.
