After renting for 2 months, they raised the rent over $100 the next month ($120 to $230 for 10x15). We specifically asked office staff how they handle rate increase before leasing, and they said there would be no significant increase, just small increases over time. Price hike happened in June, so its too hot to move now.
Victor was incredibly kind & helpful, he called me just moments after submitting my request online. Walked me thru different scenarios, answered all of my questions, was patient providing the breakdown of costs, etc. Additionally, their pricing seems pretty competitive with other units available in the area.
