The two girls on staff were amazing. Courteous and professional. However, the rental rate jumping $97 after 4 months with the possibility of it going up by any possible amount is ludicrous! I was paying $177 for a 10x15, with no lights and no security. I will not be returning. I know corporate doesn't care because apparently they make enough money off the first couple months of every new tenant. But in a military town, you could really financially screw someone's life who's on an 8-9 month deployment making poverty level pay... read more

My interactions with the two women who run this storage company were very helpful and have awesome people skills are quick and skilled at the intake rental office and thoroughly made the experience free from hassles. Also they are sweet ladies who made it an.emjoyable experience for my 2 boys as.well. the space was perfect for my needs and easy to access and seems quote secure
