I expected Secure Space to provide a functional, safe, and accessible unit. Instead, I was assigned a unit with a non‑functional overhead light, a defect that staff knew about prior to renting it to me. Because I rely on proper lighting due to age‑related vision limitations, the lack of lighting rendered the unit completely unusable during the hours I am able to access the facility. MY ISSUE STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. LINDA IS REAL NICE AT FIRST THEN WORTHLESS AFTER YOU ARE STUCK IN THE ONE WAY CONTRACT!!!?!!!! COULD NOT POST WITHOUT ONE STAR I am giving SecureSpace Storage a ZERO- star review because my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Total scam. Bait and switch. The positive reviews on here are because they send out multiple requests for reviews in your first month. When it's still nice. Or they are years old. They have normal promo pricing and act like after the promo you're set. The staff is nice. Property is fine. But as others have stated, at the end of month 4 they raised our rent almost 70% over what it was. Nearly doubled the price. This is not an issue of the "promo" price which ended 2 months ago.
