My first ever experience with self storage. Facility is very clean, and the office seems very well organized. Met at the door by Linda, who helped me with showing options, giving me a tour of the facility, explained the hours of operation, etc., then set up my account. On top of all that I got my first two months at half price. Thank you, Linda and Team
Great experience renting a storage unit at a competitive price. The online process was very easy and the rental unit is very spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly and very professional! I definitely recommend.

Staff on site are great however secure space business practices do not care about their customer. I’ve been here a while and had an issue with my card that I was calling to resolve. Keep in mind I’ve never had a missed or late payment. Instead of giving customer satisfaction over the phone I get treated like a criminal and they if I enter the facility I’d be breaking in.
