I cannot recommend this storage facility to anyone. If you currently have a unit there, I suggest either switching to a different facility or adding your own lock. Our storage unit was broken into without any signs of forced entry, and while the lock remained intact, we discovered a complete mess inside. My husband's DJ equipment, valued at over $8,000, was stolen. It is perplexing that there were no indications of forced entry. A MONTH AGO, MY UNIT WAS OPENED AND STOLE MORE THAN $10,000 IN PRODUCTS AND WORK MACHINERY. THE COVERAGE I HAVE IS $2K BECAUSE YOU NEVER IMAGINE THAT THEY ARE GOING TO STEAL INSIDE, HOWEVER, THE STAFF DID NOT HELP. THIS THEFT HAPPENED WITH COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND BECAUSE THEY WERE CHECKING WHAT TO TAKE AND WHAT NOT TO. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?
