My first time to rent a storage space. And they made it easy. The facility is clean and well lit and not the creepy or sketchy depressing vibe I expected or assumed to feel. Jordan at the front desk as polite, personable, quick and efficient. The move-in price, secure building, and location solidified the deal.
The customer service was great
The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was very helpful. Answered all the questions that I had. Made things very quick and easy like I needed it. A con is, the restrooms on the 3rd floor are never open! Sometimes not even the 1st floor. What’s the point of the bathroom if it’s not open ?
Facility is clean and well kept, security is good and I feel safe.
