The site is nice and clean my biggest complaint is there are not many rolling carts to use by my count there was only 3. Last load I had to carry everything by hand and it was exhausting.
Rep. Claire was the first person to actually listen, find info and help me up to a reps limits. I've gone to the Signal Hill CA location last week during open hours to find door locked others waiting over 1 hour with no recourse. I called but the previous rep said he could not help, only the site manger in person could help. Today your company should be proud of an employee like Claire who did an excellent job!
