Robin was the best, i’d give her 6 stars if i could. She properly assessed the situation and acted immediately to rectify. She was personable as well, a rarity with Customer Service persons these days

I have had storage units often multiple units for over 30 years. SecureSpace was by far the cleanest. Access hours were long so I could plan visits according to my schedule and not around the facilities. I had 2 issues one was my fault and the other out of my control but, that did not seem to matter to management. They took personal interest and went above and beyound to not just solve my issues but rather left me hopping I might have another before parting ways. I recommend SecureSpace Storage to all. Based on the exceptional customer service, Wil provided for our 1st storage unit, we naturally called Secure Space and asked for Wil to accommodate a 2nd unit. He patiently explained the rental agreement, costs and benefits, walked us through the paperwork and set us up for the unit in minutes.
