I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the treatment my husband and I received at your storage facility. Since renting three units, your staff has consistently harassed and disrespected us. From our initial visits, we felt harassed by your staff's intrusive and unprofessional behavior. The people here are very disrespectful. There’s no grace we were moving out of both storages. We clean them up perfectly fine. It was five minutes until the guy was busy my wife checked out five minutes or 10 minutes before six. He clapped his hands and aggressive way for my wife to hurry up as if she was a dog and told her to hurry up and get her card and pay or they’re gonna charge us $500 for both units when we spent all day pretty much cleaning it out, renting the truck, etc. This property has Such as people living in th... read more
These people are nasty and horrible. There’s people living in the units and in the RVs in the back the people here are very annoying. They want to know what’s in your locker and wanna come up to you every time you’re in it it’s really disgusting and gross. The people‘s attitude suck. I was moving out. They said I had until 530. We stopped out both units.
