Place is nice. Only thing, the rent goes up every year.
Be careful when signing a agreement to park a vehicle in their parking lot. They will lure you in with a fair price, but within a few months it will nearly double in price. It is not an introductory rate, just a lower rate to lure you in. I have been in and out of this facility over several years because of their pricing tactics. I kept thinking it would change even after it was under new management. I WAS a regular customer and put up with their price increases for far too long.
