I’m very disappointed with this storage facility. One of the biggest problems is the gate access hours. The code-operated gates only work from 6 AM to 10 PM, which is extremely inconvenient. If you need access outside of those hours, you’re completely locked out of your own unit. When you rent a storage unit, you expect flexible access, especially in case of emergencies or late work schedules. Limiting gate access like this defeats the purpose of having convenient storage.
